Without being fooled by the traces of cattle, head towards the buildings of the refuge (1726 m). From the refuge it is then possible to follow various itineraries including the path that rises between the pastures with numerous bends always towards the west, until you reach Colle La Roussa (2019 m, 1 hour; sign 414-7).
